– Shipment Methods: We primarily use UPS Ground or US Postal Service to ship orders within the continental US. Additional shipping costs will apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders. We strive to provide flexibility and options for shipping to meet your specific needs.

– Delivery Time: We understand that you want to receive your order promptly. For non-backordered items within the continental US, please allow 4-10 business days for delivery. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations may require additional time. Rest assured, we work diligently to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

– Consolidated Shipments: To simplify the shipping process and minimize any inconvenience, we endeavor to ship entire orders together whenever feasible. This ensures that you receive your items in a consolidated and organized manner.

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Craneberrycarts. Our returns and exchanges policies are designed to make the process simple and convenient. Here are the key details:

– Returns: All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the original customer shipment date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition and include all instructions and original packing material. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Kindly include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

– Refunds: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The deducted amounts will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase.

– Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, we apologize for the mistake. You will not incur any extra charges. We will replace the incorrect item and cover the additional shipping charge.

– Incorrect Size: If you need to exchange a customer order due to incorrect sizing, we offer this service free of charge. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange.

– Customer Order Error: In case of a customer order error, you can exchange the item for any other item without paying a restocking charge. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.

– Return Shipping Instructions: Please return the item using prepaid UPS or US mail. We recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the purchase and using the original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be applied to instate orders as required by law. We comply with all applicable tax regulations to ensure a transparent and legal shopping experience.

Payment Methods:

Backorders:

If an item is backordered, we will promptly notify you via email. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date will also be communicated to you via email, giving you the option to cancel the order if desired. We prioritize filling backorders as soon as the items become available to ensure customer satisfaction.
